Refund/Exchange Policy

Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package regarding any return or exchange. Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

All merchandise must be returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition. For hygiene reasons, opened products and personal-use items, including derma rollers and microneedling tools, are not eligible for return.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide the return shipping address. Laboderm Skin Care reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.A 15% restocking fee applies to all  returned products. Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned products to confirm they meet our return requirements, with the restocking fee and original shipping charges deducted.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation or ask a question, please contact Customer Service through our Contact Us page.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

We do not collect destination-country customs duties or import taxes on export orders. Any charges imposed by local authorities are the customer’s responsibility. We do not offer refunds on the basis of these charges.
