You can request a return or exchange within’ 7 days of receipt of goods. We do not accept any return after 7 days of receipt of goods. Once when you open the product, we do not accept return for hygiene reason. We do not accept returns for personal use product such as derma rollers or micro needling for hygiene reason. Customer need to contact us within’ 5 business days once they received the package. After we approve your return request, we will provide the return shipping address for shipping back the package.
Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. Please note, Laboderm Skin Care reserves the right to refuse all returns. We are not responsible for the return shipping charge and the original shipping charge.
Refund will be made minus the original shipping charge once when you return your product.
At this time, our return policy has been updated to allow customers to cancel all unshipped orders at any time for a full refund. If you wish to cancel or have any questions, please contact customer service at email@example.com. Order can not be cancel once it’s been processed or shipped.
