All orders are shipped via Fedex, Korea Post, UPS or DHL, depending on your location.
We offer free worldwide shipping with the following minimum order values:

United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and Ireland: Free shipping on orders over $100 USD

Other European countries, Australia, and New Zealand: Free shipping on orders over $150 USD

Canada: Free shipping on orders over $200 USD

South America and Africa: Free shipping on orders over $500 USD
Shipping options and delivery times may vary based on your location. All packages are carefully packed and tracked.
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped direct from South Korea with UPS or DHL depends on location. If you prefer delivery by UPS with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, you will be able to track the package on the carrier’s web site. You are responsible to contact the carrier and track on the package once we provide your tracking number. Please contact the carrier if you need to make arrangement to your package.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Duty and tax is not included and it is responsible by receiver. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately in different dates once the order has been processed, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched with special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
