Rejumate Injector VS MJ Meso Gun : Pictures Comparison & Reviews for both gun Leave a comment

Many consumers have raised questions about the differences between the MJ Meso Gun and the Rejumate Injector, as the two devices appear quite similar. The MJ Meso Gun was introduced to the market back in 2016, while the Rejumate injector gain popularity in 2020, why are the differences? In the following section, we will examine the key differences between these two devices and provide an overview of the history behind this Meso Gun design.

History of the design

The original of this design of Meso Gun first generation was made in the same manufactory, but distributed by a Korean company back in 2016, the label of this first generation gun was initially known as the Meso Filler Gun. It was first released in 2016, however at that time it was the first generation so the device was smaller than it is now, and it wasn’t able to switch from both 3ml to 5ml syringes at that time. The device gained popularity quickly due to its limited competition in the market at the time, with very few Meso guns featuring the suction functionality. Recognizing its success, MJ Skin Care, a company in Gangnam offering training lessons for Korean aesthetic skin care, worked with the same manufacturer to produce their own label under the MJ Skin Care brand. The first generation of the MJ Meso Gun was smaller and offered fewer settings and dosage options compared to the current model.

In 2017, a different Korean company collaborated with the same manufacturer to release another brand of the same Meso Gun and they put another label in it. This version, which is essentially the current MJ Meso Gun but branded differently, featured a larger design and the ability to accommodate 3ml or 5ml syringes, as well as additional dosage settings on the menu.

The latest Rejumate injector, introduced later in 2020, is considered the third generation and the most updated of this design of the Meso Gun. While it shares the same basic face plate design, it incorporates several upgrades and more functions compare to the other labels.

Key Differences Between the MJ Meso Gun and Rejumate Meso Gun

1 .Auto Inject Functionality: The Rejumate Meso Gun includes an auto-inject feature, which the MJ Meso Gun lacks. The Rejumate model is equipped with a sensor that detects when the needle tip is in contact with the skin. Once the needle is correctly positioned, the device automatically releases the solution, it wont release any if the needle position does not cover the surface of the skin. This feature helps minimize wastage, especially for beginners. In contrast, with the MJ Meso Gun, you must press the button on the handle to initiate the injection, which can result in wasted solution if the needle is not correctly positioned. Please take a look at the picture below, the menu of MJ meso gun has a key to set the dosage according to 3ml syringe or 5ml syringe and the Rejumate injector has the key to set the injecting mode like auto-inject or manual inject.

2. Needles & Filters: The Rejumate injector has two filters, while the MJ Meso Gun only has one. One of the Rejumate filters is located inside the cover face plate, and the other is in the suction tube that connects the injector to the needle tip. While the suction tube filters are interchangeable between the two devices, the filter design on the Rejumate’s face plate is specific to the Rejumate device only. Please take a look at the picture below, the top tube on the Rejumate injector connects to the cotton filter inside the face plate, that cotton filter need to be replace once a while. However while using both of these gun, we do not find any differences in between two filters or one filter. The needles and filters for the Rejumate Meso Gun are manufactured in Korea from another manufactory, so you will always have to buy the same needles and filters. However, the Rejumate needles and filters can also be replaced with any compatible needles, such as the Hurons Dermashine needles or other low cost 9-pins or 5-pins needles, we did try both of them and it fits no problems, as long as the needle tube fits the filter tube, it could be replace with any 9 pin needles. Similarly, the filters and tubes can be swapped between the two devices as long as the size of the tube fits.

3 .Charging Cable and Battery: Although both devices use the same type of charging cable and same port, the battery in the Rejumate injector tends to drain more quickly when using third-party cables, the battery in MJ meso gun seems to last longer. Additionally, the Rejumate injector bottom has an area that allow to open up and replaceable battery, you can open the case to replace the battery if it’s not working well. ( If you know where to get the battery and knows how to replace it by yourself, or else we do not recommend doing this. ).

5. Syringes fitting: Both devices are compatible with 3ml syringes; however, the MJ Meso Gun features two face plate, one fits the 3ml syringe and one fits the 5ml syringes. MJ meso gun came with an additional faceplate designed to accommodate 5ml syringes. This allows for the mixing of a cocktail booster directly into the 5ml syringe for use with the MJ Meso Gun. In contrast, with the Rejumate Injector, you would need to use two 3ml syringes and switch between them once one is empty. The Rejumate Injector is primarily designed for use with Rejuran PN, so it is intended to fit Rejuran syringes without using other syringes to mix cocktails. You can also buy the syringes made for MJ meso gun to insert to the Rejumate injector if you want to make your own cocktails, but noted that you need at least 2 3ml syringes for a fully mixed 5ml cocktails, you need to switch from one to another while using Rejumate injector. With MJ meso gun, you saved the time for switching syringes since you can use the 5ml face plate to insert the 5ml syringe.

In conclusion, the choice between the MJ Meso Gun and the Rejumate Injector ultimately depends on your specific needs and preferences.

If you’re looking for a more versatile option that accommodates both 3ml and 5ml syringes and allows for the mixing of cocktail boosters, the MJ Meso Gun may be the better choice. Its ability to handle larger syringes and offer more flexible usage options makes it ideal for users who require more customization on cocktail mixing.

On the other hand, if you are a newbie and focused on precision and ease of use, the Rejumate Injector offers a more specialized solution. Its auto-inject function, dual filters, make it an excellent choice for those who prioritize simplicity, and a more streamlined experience.
