Elravie Re2O Application Protocol: Techniques, Science, and Skin Benefits Leave a comment

Elravie Re2O application has quickly become one of the most requested dermal procedures in Korea’s aesthetic market. Designed with collagen components that closely mirror those naturally present in human skin, the treatment offers exceptional biocompatibility and efficient tissue integration. Sourced from purified human acellular dermal matrix (hADM) and processed with advanced extraction technology, Elravie Re2O introduces genuine extracellular matrix (ECM) building elements into the dermis, helping reinforce structural support and elevate overall skin quality.

Human acellular dermal matrix (hADM) refers to donor-derived human dermal tissue that has undergone specialized biotechnological processing. The term can be understood as follows:

  • Allogeneic: The tissue is obtained from a human donor. Although the donor and recipient belong to the same species, they are different individuals.
  • Dermis: This is the dense connective tissue layer beneath the epidermis, rich in collagen, elastic fibers, and extracellular matrix, and essential for maintaining skin strength and elasticity.
  • Acellular: This represents the core of the processing technology. Through proprietary physical, chemical, and biological techniques, all cellular components that may trigger immune responses—such as epithelial cells, fibroblasts, and endothelial cells—are thoroughly removed, while preserving the native three-dimensional structure and extracellular matrix as much as possible.

In simple terms, hADM functions as a biological scaffold in which all original cellular components are removed, while the structural framework, collagen scaffold, and extracellular architecture remain intact.

Dermal extracellular matrix (ECM) refers to the natural structural network within the dermis that surrounds and supports skin cells. It is a fundamental component of skin architecture and plays a critical role in tissue strength, elasticity, and regeneration.

ECM (Extracellular Matrix) is a complex three-dimensional network of macromolecules produced by cells and located outside the cellular environment. Within the dermis, it provides both structural integrity and essential biochemical signaling for healthy skin function.

Elravie Re2O works to restore the skin’s structural foundation, enhancing firmness, elasticity, and resilience from within. The key distinction between Rejuran skin boosters and Elravie Re2O lies in their treatment focus: Rejuran primarily targets hydration and skin regeneration, whereas the Re2O ECM skin booster focuses on pore refinement and collagen replenishment, helping to restore youthful plumpness and volume.

🔬 Scientifically Proven Skin Improvement Results

• Boosts collagen & elastin — denser, more resilient dermal structure

• Pore reduction — average improvement of 17%

• Redness / visible capillaries improvement — average improvement of 9%

• Overall skin texture improvement — average improvement of 13%

• Softens acne scars & fine lines — visibly smoother skin texture after injection

Dilution Recommendation

Dilute the 150MG Powder with 5 cc of saline, then administer via skin booster (mesotherapy) injection for optimal results.

Alternatively, 5 cc saline + 2 cc pure none cross linked hyaluronic acid may be used to further enhance firming and hydration effects.

Elravie Re2O Application Method and Procedure Details

  • Preparation: The skin is cleansed, and a topical numbing cream is applied for 30–45 minutes.
  • Injection Technique: The Re2O solution (150MG powder mixed with 5cc of saline + 2cc none cross linked hyaluronic acid ) is administered via multiple micro-injections directly into the mid-dermal layer in between 1.5mm to 3mm depth.
  • Tools: Practitioners may use 30G fine 4mm needles for even distribution, injection device also works but not recommended.
  • Treatment Area: Commonly applied to the full face to address sagging, fine lines, and pores.
  • Duration: The session typically lasts 10 to 30 minutes, often with minimal discomfort.

Post-Treatment Care

  • Immediate Aftercare: Temporary redness, swelling, or bruising may occur, with small bumps at the injection sites that subside within 1–3 days.
  • Skin Care: Right after treatment, apply the Luxevo Exobrant NMN bio-cellulose aftercare mask and complete the protocol with 25 minutes of LED light therapy to instantly calm and comfort the skin. Apply Luxevo Exobrant Balm frequently for a week and use sunscreen.
  • Restrictions: Avoid sauna, hot baths, heavy exercise, and alcohol for about a week.
  • Recovery: Patients can generally wash their face and apply makeup the day after the procedure.
